Beach Trip #2

Well we had a great time at the beach. I have had my fill for the summer. This trip I took Mom, Dad, Regan, Adam, and Katie. We left Shannon at home....someone has to work. We pretty much lived at the pool. Adam learned how to swim under water so that is where he stayed. Katie did much better in the pool than at the beach. I am having to go back to work two weeks from today. I realllllly don't want to go. I wish I could work from home doing something that would pay...but I dont' think there is a job like that. Anyway, Katie will be fine, I am the one who I am worried about. She is so much fun these days and I don't want to miss anything.

After 6 months and 1 week Katie finally decided to roll over. We were at the beach and it happened.

Check Up

Well Katie got a good report today. She weighs 19lbs 6 oz. She was 26 3/8 long. The doctor said she was in the 95th perectile of weight...imagine that. Poor baby has to have special powder to get rid of the redness in her fat rolls...LOL She told us to mover her to stage 2 foods, take oatmeal out of her bottles(reflux is better), stay on zantac, and anything she wants off of the table, make sure it is mashed and not seasoned alot. She will be so happy. She always wants bites from our plates. She had to have 4 shots but did fine. She only cried for about 5 minutes. When we got home she took a 3 1/2 hour nap....i guess she was worn out! We get to pick up Adam and Regan tomorrow at the airport. Oh by the way...don't ever use Imaginations Photgraphy....they were the ones who did my sisters wedding....they lost her wedding picutres...the only ones they have were random ones at the reception. They are not even offering to give back the money. It is so sad. Anyway have a good one!

6 Months Tomorrow

I decided to go ahead and update tonight with pictures. Tomorrow Katie has to go and get shots so I know she won't feel like smiling. We have outgrown our baby bathtub so she took a bath in the sink tonight. Much easier than leaning over the big tub. We are looking for a bath ring but can't find one. She is still not rolling over but is sitting up by herself. She loves to jump in her "jumperoo"! I will update height and weight tomorrow after the appointment. I can't believe my baby is 1/2 a year old. Where has the time gone. We are having so much fun with her! I put a picture of me 6 months pregnant and her at age 6 months...LOL

Beach

Well we made it back from the beach. We were only going to stay 5 nights and ended up staying a whole week. We had a great time. I took my niece michelle and her friend shelby. They said it was the best trip ever! Katie loves the water but hates to be hot. We will be heading down again on the 13th with Adam and Regan. What a great summer! I will post video and pictures tonight and then more tomorrow. Enjoy!
